HGV Class 1 Drivers Wanted
Rapier Employment Ltd is hiring HGV Class 1 Drivers for a client in Thrapston, Northamptonshire.
Job Details:
Full-time, temporary
Shifts: AM, PM, Night
Days: Mon-Fri, Tues-Sat, Sun-Thurs, Weekend work available
Flexible start times
Benefits: Guaranteed shifts, holiday pay, ongoing work
Immediate startPay Rates:
AM Shift: £16.31/hr basic, £24.47/hr overtime (Mon-Fri) | £21.20/hr basic, £31.80/hr overtime (Weekends)
PM Shift: £17.94/hr basic, £26.91/hr overtime (Mon-Fri) | £23.32/hr basic, £34.98/hr overtime (Weekends)
Night Shift: £19.57/hr basic, £29.36/hr overtime (Mon-Fri) | £25.44/hr basic, £38.17/hr overtime (Weekends)Responsibilities:
Safely operate Class 1 vehicles to transport goods.
Ensure timely delivery and collection of products.
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintain accurate delivery records and logs.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
Follow all traffic laws and company policies as well as company policies and procedures.Requirements:
Valid Class 1 (C+E) license
Clean driving record
