HGV Class 1 Delivery Driver
Location: Welham Green
Pay Rate: £20.67 per hour
Job Type: Temporary/Ongoing
About Us:
Pertemps are working with an established logistics company in Welham Green. We're looking for dedicated and experienced Class 1 Delivery Drivers to join our team on mixed shifts. Once interviewed at Pertemps, a 3 hour unpaid assessment including drug and alcohol test must be taken, following this there will be a 2 day fully paid induction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate and maintain delivery vehicles
* Deliver goods to various locations in a timely manner
* Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and efficiently
* Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations
Requirements:
* Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license
* Minimum 6 months HGV1 Driving experience
* Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
* Successful completion of an assessment prior to starting
* Availability for mixed shift patterns
