Position: Class 2 Driver
About the Role:
We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Class 2 drivers to join our team for agency bookings based in Haywards Heath. The role involves delivering pallets to various locations across the region, ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive a Class 2 vehicle to deliver pallets to specified destinations
* Ensure safe loading and unloading of goods
* Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects
* Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
* Adhere to all road safety and company policies
* Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
* Valid Class 2 (C) driving license
* Previous experience in pallet delivery or similar driving roles is preferred
* Ability to lift and handle heavy loads
* Good knowledge of road safety and regulations
* Strong communication skills and reliability
* A positive attitude and professional approach to work
