Job Description

Health, Safety & Quality Manager Toro Recruitment is proud to partner with an industry leader seeking a Health, Safety & Quality Manager to oversee compliance, drive safety improvements, and promote best practices across their operations. This role is ideal for an experienced professional passionate about enhancing safety standards within the High Voltage industry. Key Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality legislation, policies, and procedures. * Maintain and update the company’s health, safety, and quality management systems. * Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for safety performance improvements and cultural change. * Deliver in-house health and safety training and awareness sessions, including toolbox talks and inductions. * Investigate incidents, analyse trends, and create detailed reports with actionable recommendations for improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications * NEBOSH certification or equivalent health and safety qualification. * Experience in health and safety management within the engineering or construction sectors. * Familiarity with NERS accreditation processes and standards. * Proficiency in conducting audits, including ISO 9001 internal and on-site auditing. * A full, clean driving license and strong IT skills. What the Role Offers * Competitive salary range of £45,000–£55,000 per annum. * Overtime pay for site-related work. * A company-provided commercial vehicle for site travel. * Comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, pension scheme, and sick pay. * Participation in the annual company bonus scheme.
