Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator - Wales - Up to £42,000 depending on experience

The Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator will report into the Plant Director and work closely with the Health & Safety Manager, assisting in generating and promoting a positive HSE culture across the business.

The role requires travel to various sites, a pool car is provided so the successful candidate must have a full driving licence.

Employee Assistance Programme Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator - Responsibilities & Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience within a manufacturing type environment
Overseeing health, safety and environmental standards across sites
Regular site visits - around 42 days a year
Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures, policies and standards are correct
Collating and analysing inspections, audits and other key HSE performance data and statistics
Supportiung with the monitoring and development of risk assessments, safe systems of work etc.
Must have NEBOSH
IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management or equivalent
Will have ISO50001 understanding
Strong knowledge of ISO45001 and ISO14001
A willingness to learn, develop and work innovatively
Must have strong communication skills
Will possess a real passion for health and safety About Us
