Health, Safety, and Quality Manager
London-based (hybrid role)
Up to £60,000 plus benefits
Irwin and Colton are pleased to have been engaged by an industry-leading, soft services facilities management organisation who are looking to bring on board a new Health, Safety, and Quality Manager. The vacancy has come up due to successfully mobilising new contracts for the company to lead on, as the cleaning provider. The role will specifically focus on supporting the HSQ strategy and operations across an array of clients within both the commercial and residential space.

The responsibilities of the Health, Safety, and Quality Manager will include:
Leading on the engagement with key stakeholders to drive a positive health and safety culture, from employees right through to board level across the clients
Leading closely with the wider business areas in the development and delivery of health and safety strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of the health and safety function internally and externally
Overseeing the assessment and development of the health and safety management systems and compliance to ensure that it reflects best practice
To analyse risk across the region and then drive strategy to mitigate those risks
Ensuring that contractors are fully compliant, according to agreed legislation on client sitesThe successful Health, Safety, and Quality Manager will have:
Proven experience within a similar industry (facilities management /retail / hospitality / education)
Experience in influencing, engaging, and liaising with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
NEBOSH diploma qualified (or equivalent) and relevant membership body
Strong working understanding of relevant ISO systems (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001)
Experience managing a team of QHSE professionals and working with contractorsThis is an excellent opportunity to join an established FM company with a strong history of consistent growth. The candidate must be willing to travel on a regular basis.
