Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Providing night support and care for teenagers in a safe, structured environment
*
Assisting with daily routines, personal care, and activities of daily living
*
Building trusting relationships with young residents and acting as a positive role model
*
Supporting the implementation of behaviour management strategies and individual care plans
*
Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote the emotional and physical wellbeing of residents
*
Contributing to the safeguarding of all young people in your care
What We’re Looking For:
*
Experience working with young people
*
A caring and patient nature with strong communication skills
*
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
*
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
*
Understanding of safeguarding principles and professional boundaries
*
