Job Description
Kaden Education is seeking talented and enthusiastic Health & Social Care Lecturer to join a college based in Worcester and make a positive impact on the lives of students on various levels.
The Role:
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering engaging and effective lessons across different year groups, adhering to the college's curriculum and lesson plans.
* Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes students' academic and personal development.
* Effectively managing classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and respectful learning atmosphere. Providing constructive feedback to students and supporting their individual learning needs.
* Collaborating with fellow educators and college staff to contribute to the collegel's overall success.
* Marking and planning lessons will be essential for this role.
Requirements:
* Qualification obtained in their specialist field. Degree level and above.
* Experience teaching in secondary schools and colleges, with a thorough understanding of the curriculum. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students of all abilities.
* Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
