Job Description

Health and Safety Manager – Facades & Cladding & Remedial Works £50,000 to £80,000 dependent on experience WFH – Head office Leicestershire About: My client is a established company specialising in cladding and remedial works and they are looking to appoint an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The succesful applicant will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment across all their facade projects. Duties And Responsibilities: • Develop and Implement Health and Safety Policies • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations. • Provide training and support to employees on health and safety practices. • Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations. • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training. • Promote a culture of safety within the organization. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably in the construction or facade sector. • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable
