Key responsibilities include advising on all internal health, safety, and environmental matters, managing work-related injuries and accidents, conducting internal health and safety inspections, delivering necessary training, and maintaining HSE certifications as required by the municipality. You will also be responsible for reporting key HSE metrics to support the KPI process and implementing corrective actions for any violations or incidents. To be considered for this role, you should have a degree in Engineering or a Science discipline, along with a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in an HSE management role within manufacturing, production, or construction is essential. You must demonstrate the ability to manage comprehensive health and safety policies, with strong communication skills to effectively share HSE information across the organisation.
