Job Title: HSE Manager - Data Centre Solutions

Location: HayesSalary up to £65k per annum DOE + £5.1k car allowance
Site-based on client account in Hayes – they must be commutable to the site.
Holds NEBOSH/IOSH (+ engineering degree preferable not essential) FM / Engineering critical environment background is highly preferred
About the Role:The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs for medium to large-sized clients. This role is part of the Environment, Health, and Safety function, ensuring organisational programs and procedures safeguard employees and surrounding communities.Key Responsibilities:
Promote a positive and proactive safety culture, influencing stakeholders to ensure compliance.
Develop, implement, and review playbooks and procedures to drive consistency and efficiency in Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives.
Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
Track operational and safety risks, developing and managing strategic risk management strategies to prevent incidents.
Monitor injury, illness, and incident reports, identifying and implementing measures to reduce risk.
Engage with high-profile stakeholders to identify potential concerns, troubleshoot issues, and suggest solutions.
Ensure regulatory compliance within the account and execute strategic solutions to maintain compliance.
Apply broad business operations knowledge and integrate discipline with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
Lead by example, demonstrate professional behaviours, and influence others to adopt best practices.
Identify and resolve complex technical and operational problems.
Enhance existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline.Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Additional certifications as required by local authorities.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to convey performance expectations and manage challenges effectively.
Ability to motivate teams to achieve operational targets with impact across multiple disciplines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organisational skills and an inquisitive mindset
