Health and Safety Advisor - Food Manufacturing - Andover
Circa £35k + amazing benefits package (health, huge discounts & more)
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm (some flexibility)

Duties of the Health and Safety Advisor will involve:
Ensure that all staff & visitors to the factory uphold the health & safety polies of the manufacturing facility
Review & update all polices ensuring they are in line with current legislation
Advise on areas of improvement
Give training to new starters and hold regular reviews on all employees
Lead the HSE team on stakeholder meetings
Work with all departments and in particular, the continuous improvement & training teams
Lead on internal & external company audits

Required experience & characteristics of the successful Health and Safety Advisor
MUST have current NEBOSH certification
At least 1 years’ experience working as a Health and Safety Advisor within the FMCG manufacturing space
Live within commutable distance to Andover
