Location: Barnsley, United Kingdom
Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full Time
Requirements: QTS/QTLS, minimum two years' experience in a SEND environment or similar provision

About the Role
Simply Education is seeking an experienced and passionate Headteacher to lead a dedicated team in providing outstanding education. This role offers the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the school, enhance teaching and learning standards, and ensure the best possible outcomes for all pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example, establishing and delivering clear values and strategic goals.
Oversee the curriculum, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
Monitor pupil progress and drive achievement.
Manage safeguarding in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education.
Lead on Ofsted inspections and compliance with independent school standards.
Support and develop staff through training and leadership.
Oversee the School Development Plan and resource allocation.
Essential Requirements:
QTS/QTLS qualification.
Minimum two years' experience in a SEND environment or similar provision.
Proven leadership skills with a strong commitment to educational excellence.
