Job Description

Head of Small Works, Exeter Salary: £50-£65k plus package depending on experience Role: Exciting new role as Head of Small Works, working for an established and growing regional build main contractor based in Exeter. This a brand-new role being setup in the business, so they are after someone who has either run their own small works contracting company who has perhaps had enough of chasing invoices and payments and now wants to work for someone else. Or this may suit a candidate who is currently heading up a small works division for another contractor.   Candidate: Are you a Business Development guru? This is not just a contracts manager role, this is winning work and bringing new clients into the business. The key focus will be public sector small works such as healthcare and education projects.   You will need a work winning, business development head, not just focusing on pure delivery so someone that has key relationships with clients either from running their own business or working for another contractor in the small works sector.  Candidate will need to live/worked in the Devon region and have local market knowledge
