Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent Head of Sales, working for a client based in Cramlington. Working for a high-quality manufacturer, joining their Sales Division as a Head of Sales within their ever-expanding and experienced team.
This is an exciting role for someone who is looking to advance their career in the challenge of business development. It will provide unrivalled experience and insight into a wide range of disciplines and sectors. Candidates must have a successful track record of developing new and organic business.
Head of Sales Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating, developing and managing a portfolio of client accounts where you will be involved in devising targeted strategies for each.
Responsible for implementing and managing ongoing activity to drive through pipeline opportunities and new business wins for your clients.
Managing day-to-day client relationships, developing new and organic business.Head of Sales Applicants:

Company pension scheme.This is a full-time office-based position working 40 hours per week, 08:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday. Salary is £30-£40K depending on experience.
