The role of Head of Quality will be part of the operational leadership team and will have a significant amount of hands-on day to day issue resolution and management with the key challenge will be to rescope the approach to safety and quality driving improvement in performance. Other responsibilities include:
* Developing the team including skills and succession planning
* Monitoring compliance to quality standards, managing nonconformities to resolution
* Participate in strategy development to grow the business
* Having a big say in Implementing processes and standards
Requirements of the Head of Quality role
* Engineering Background
* Experience working in a highly regulated environment
* Experienced in team leadership and development
