An exciting opportunity for a dedicated Head of Property within the property industry, tasked with rationalising and integrating the property department of our client's portfolio after extensive acquisition growth within the last 12 months. Description Oversee the day-to-day management of the property department Develop and implement property strategies in line with company goals Manage the property portfolio, ensuring maximum returns Lead and motivate the property team to achieve departmental objectives Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders Ensure compliance with property industry regulations Monitor and manage property-related risks Report on property performance to the executive teamProfile A successful Head of Property should have: A degree in Property Management or a related field Proven experience in managing a property department Excellent knowledge of the property industry Strong leadership skills Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills A strategic mindset with the ability to make sound decisionsJob Offer A competitive salary range of £90,000 to £110,000 per annum Car travel benefits An opportunity to lead a dynamic property team A positive and innovative company culture A Fixed Term Contract (FTC) role with potential for extension or Day RateDo not miss this opportunity to lead and make a difference.
