Role Overview

Design Oversight: Lead the architecture, design, and development of FPGA-based and hardware solutions for low-latency applications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software teams, system architects, and stakeholders to deliver integrated, high-performance solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices for hardware design, testing, and validation.
What We're Looking For
Proven Leadership: Experience managing and growing high-performing hardware engineering teams.
Technical Expertise: Strong background in FPGA development (VHDL/Verilog), high-speed interfaces, and low-latency optimisation.
Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute hardware strategies that align with broader company goals.
Project Management: Skilled at prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing resources effectively.
Education: Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
Desirable Skills: Experience with ASIC design, hardware/software co-design, and financial trading systems.
