Do you have experience working as a Head of Engineering within the Aerospace sector? I want to talk to you! I am looking for an experienced Head of Engineering to join a leading Aerospace corporation. You will oversee the team's daily activities across production programmes and R&D projects while also contributing to strategy development. Head of Engineering Permanent Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, Friday, 8:00am – 3:30pm Very Competitive Salary on Offer, Car Allowance and Bonus Coventry Head of Engineering Job Description Lead a team of over 25 engineers across multiple disciplines, overseeing daily operations for both production programmes and R&D projects. Mentor team members and demonstrate effective leadership behaviours. Align the engineering team’s priorities with available resources and budgets. Develop strategies to achieve financial and technical growth, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Assign engineering resources to various projects, escalate issues with proposed solutions to senior leadership, and make impactful decisions to ensure team success. Attend and contribute to leadership meetings, collaborating with production and operational leaders to address quality, shipment, and task updates.
