We're looking for an experienced Head of Engineering to lead a team of 30 engineers & ML specialists in a high-growth startup. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone passionate about innovation, technology, and team development.
About You:
You're a seasoned software leader with a strong background in full-stack development and a track record of mentoring high-performing teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and can align technical solutions with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow an engineering team, fostering innovation.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
Stay hands-on when required, contributing to key technical decisions.
Drive best practices in development, deployment, and architecture.Requirements:
5+ years as a Full-Stack Developer (Java, Spring, JavaScript).
Leadership experience, managing engineering teams.
Exposure to Elasticsearch, Cloud (AWS/Azure), ML, GitHub, Jenkins, Linux.
Python experience is a plus.
