Lead the development and execution of a £500k-£1m paid digital strategy to drive customer acquisition.
Achieve 20%+ annual revenue growth through targeted campaigns and optimisation.

Manage and optimise digital marketing performance, ensuring efficiency and maximising ROI.
Analyse key performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet business goals.About You:
Proven experience in senior digital marketing roles with a strong track record of managing large digital budgets and delivering measurable growth.
Expertise in customer acquisition strategies, performance marketing, and campaign optimisation.
