Assistant Head of Physical Education Croydon (Outer London) Salary: MPS including Outer London Allowance + TLR 2A (£3,396.00) Contract: Fixed Term (Maternity Cover) Start Date: April 2025 Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated PE Teacher looking for a leadership opportunity? Assistant Head of Physical Education The Role We are seeking a passionate and well-organised PE specialist to assist the Head of Department. This full-time, fixed-term maternity cover role will begin in April 2025. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and monitoring of high-quality teaching and learning within the department, oversee departmental resources, and help plan and organise extra-curricular activities. The role involves teaching PE from Year 7 to Year 13, which may include GCSE and A-Level PE, and working closely with both staff and students to promote engagement in physical education.
