Description
Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Technology Department
Ensure alignment between technology capabilities and organisational objectives
Oversee the development and maintenance of technology systems
Manage technology budgets and timelines
Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends in the public sector
Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing technology team
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvementProfile
A successful Head of Digital & Technology should have:
Proven experience in a leadership role within a technology department
Strong knowledge of digital technology and systems
Experience in strategic planning and execution
Excellent project management skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
An understanding of the public sector / not-for-profit / charity sectorsJob Offer
A competitive salary in the range of £63,000 to £77,000 GBP
