Head of Corporate Resilience Location: Camden Council Contract Type: Temporary Pay Rate: Up to £48 per hour Service Care Solutions are assisting Camden Council in recruiting for a Head of Corporate Resilience. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead Camden's efforts in emergency planning, resilience, and critical incident management, ensuring the borough remains a safe and thriving community. About the Role As the Head of Corporate Resilience, you will: Lead initiatives to ensure compliance with the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 and Resilience Standards for London. Oversee Camden's emergency planning, business continuity, and critical incident response strategies. Direct the CCTV service and Responsive Security Patrol, ensuring public safety and resilience. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including emergency services and local communities. Deliver training, enhance community resilience, and promote Camden's vision of "resilience as everyone's business." About You We are seeking an experienced and passionate emergency planning professional who can: Demonstrate expertise in emergency preparedness and business continuity. Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. Develop innovative policies and initiatives to mitigate risks and improve responses.
