The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for engaging with current and prospective clients across the education sector to build, develop and maintain positive relationships.

A strong understanding of contract catering within the education sector is a must for this role
Engage with current and prospective clients
Responsible for proactively identifying opportunities and building a pipeline in line with agreed targets
Retaining strong, positive client relationships
A consistent focus on delivering excellent customer service
Maximise retention and growth opportunities to achieve or exceed the agreed annual sales targets
Attending site visits and client meetings as required to gain an insight and understanding into requirements
Strong communication and presentation skills
Working closely with the Bid Manager to positively impact the business moving forward
Networking and researching all invites to tender working closely with different areas of the business
Pride and ambition to continually drive the business forward and live its values
Delivering effective mobilisation of contract catering contracts and coordinating with relevant support functions About Us
