About the Role
As Head of Art and Design Technology, you will:
Lead and manage the Art and DT department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
Develop and implement an engaging curriculum that inspires creativity and innovation.
Support and mentor staff, driving excellence in teaching practice.
Monitor and improve student progress, ensuring outstanding outcomes for all learners.
Organise exhibitions, projects, and enrichment opportunities to enhance students' artistic and design skills.
