Instaloft are hiring, for Telford depot and surrounding areas.
In our homes we still generally rely on tradesmen for most of our home improvement services. We look for great tradesmen that an come in and transform our homes into something special. Instaloft are looking for those tradesmen.

Like Henry Ford we didn't invent something new but we took a little known service and transformed it into something quite special.
Instaloft started that entrepreneurial journey 8 years ago. Now with 175 staff across 9 UK depots, revenue £25m and strong profitability, the business has an excellent foundation for continued growth throughout the country.
To support that growth all around the UK (and potential international expansion on the horizon too), we are looking for a people-focused Head Fitters and Assistant fitters to join the teams and come with us as we scale-up the company, alongside the innovation and vision of the Founder and dedicated delivery teams.

Brief Overview of the Role
1. Loading and unloading company vehicles with the materials and equipment needed to carry out the work in hand.
2. Travelling to our customers homes within a radius of appro 1.5hrs from the depot location.
3. Installing a range of loft storage solutions including loft boarding, loft ladders, loft hatches, insulation and more to an exceptional standard
4. Resolve issues effectively and positively.
5. Assist and support the wider team so that everyone is rowing in the same direction.
6. Carry out any remedial works required from time to time
7. Dependably obsess over creating happy customers and team mates.
