Package
40 hours contracted per week – Core business Monday to Friday but will be working some weekends
£42,000 to £45,000per year
28 days holiday

An opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef to join their catering team based at one Hospital in Farnborough area.
The catering offer consists of Staff dining and patients canteen .
Duties as Head Chef – You will be fully responsible for day to day running and management of the back of house/kitchen operations.
Managing, mentoring an developing a brigade of 3 chefs and 1 kitchen porters and reporting to the exec chef based on site
The food offer in the Staff Restaurant consists of Breakfast and lunch service.
Menu changes every months , receipt made directly from head office
This is a kitchen-based role and will be required to cook and managing the kitchen operations including H&S, allergens and GP target.
As head chef and kitchen lead, you and your team will be catering for approx. (Apply online only) per day
As job based in a hospital you must have Enhanced DBS.
