The hotel has 76 bedrooms, the restaurant offers seasonally-changing menu's with only the best local Kent produce. They also have a very busy conference and banqueting trade throughout the year.
What's involved?
This role would ideally suit an experienced Sous Chef who is looking for their next step up in the kitchen or a Head Chef looking for a new challenge. You will be working very closely with the Executive Chef, but running your own kitchen within the spa at the hotel. The ideal Pastry Chef must be experienced with working with fresh local produce, as well as working in a fast-paced environment without compromising standards.
