Oversee daily harvest operations, ensuring adherence to productivity targets and compliance standards.
Manage and inspire harvest teams to maintain high efficiency, speed, and quality.
What You Might Need:
Proven management experience in soft fruit farming, with a deep understanding of crop health and harvesting protocols.
