Hard Services Estimator – Facilities Management Location: Remote (Occasional Travel – Expenses Covered) Salary: £75,000 + Company Benefits Are you a skilled Hard Services Estimator with a strong background in Facilities Management? We are looking for a dynamic Technical Estimator to join a  growing team at a leading Facilities Management company. If you have experience working with public and private sector frameworks such as CCS, working to FSG20, and have expertise in cash flow models and delivering modular solutions, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate and detailed hard services estimates for a wide range of Facilities Management projects. Develop and manage cash flow models to ensure financial accuracy and project feasibility. Deliver modular solutions for various facilities management needs. Work closely with public sector frameworks such as CCS and private sector clients to meet their facilities management requirements. Manage and analyse tender submissions and costings across a range of projects. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success. Requirements: Proven experience as a Hard Services Estimator within the Facilities Management sector. Expertise in working with public sector frameworks, specifically CCS, and private sector clients. Strong understanding of cash flow models and delivering modular solutions. Familiarity with FSG20 standards. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work remotely with occasional travel (expenses covered). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits: Competitive salary of £75,000 plus company benefits.
