Job Description
Park House is a nursing home for the elderly looking for a Maintenance Handyman to help around the Home.
Basic duties may include:
* Painting and Decorating
* Fitting fixtures and fittings
* Completing maintenance audits
* Fixing broken odds and ends
* Ensuring Health & Safety requirements are being met
* Furniture assembly
* Running fire drills
The salary for the role begins at £13.25 but is negotiable based on experience
