The Role:
As a GRP Laminator, you’ll be in the thick of it, making sure hardtops are built to the highest standard. You’ll be:
Hand-laying GRP components with skill and accuracy
Breaking out components from moulds carefully (no cutting corners)

Working with a close-knit team to keep production on track
Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
What You’ll Need:
2+ years’ experience in GRP laminating – you need to know your way around the process.
An eye for detail – there’s no room for rushed or careless work.
The ability to crack on independently but still be a solid team player.
A positive, can-do attitude – because things are moving in the right direction, and we need people who want to be part of that.
