Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 basic

We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and highly organised Group Marketing Coordinator to oversee marketing activities across three aligned businesses. You'll lead campaigns, grow our digital presence, coordinate events, and help shape the future of our brands — with farming and rural interests at the heart of what we do.
Group Marketing Coordinator Role Overview:
* Drive and coordinate marketing campaigns across social media, email, events, print, and digital platforms.
* Work closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives to business growth targets.
* Manage and create engaging content for websites, social media, and customer communications.
* Plan and execute exhibitions, local promotions, and community engagement events.
* Oversee design needs (Adobe Creative Suite skills are a plus).
* Track marketing performance, reporting insights and optimising campaigns.
Group Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
* Proven experience in marketing coordination or similar roles.
* Creative thinking with strong project management and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
* Strong understanding of social media, CRM, and marketing analytics.
* A genuine interest in farming, agriculture, or rural industries (advantageous).
* Proactive, hands-on, and able to juggle multiple projects across brands.
