Job Description
Manpower UK are supporting our reputable environmental services client in identifying a Groundworker/Team Operative for their Colchester depot. Our client is a public services client who are a reputable company and can offer excellent training and development for the right candidate.
We are looking for a hard working candidate who holds a driving licence and works well as a team.
Your Responsibilities:
Installation and repair sewers
Installation of new soakaways
Remove and replace manhole covers and frames
Repair and replace damaged gullies
Install new soakaways
Completing necessary finishing work, such as relaying patio slabs, repairing concrete paths, and restoring lawns with new turf or topsoil.
Experience & Qualifications:
Driving Licence (valid for UK) is essential
Experience in installing water mines
Registered with Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS)
City and Guilds - Confined Spaces
CAT and Genny required
Small digger ticket or towing trailer licence is an advantage but not essential as training provided
