GRAPHIC DESIGNER - Croydon - HYBRID - Office/Home based £25,000 - £30,000 basic DOE This is a great opportunity to join a business in a creative role where every day will be different. Primary responsibilities Design and maintain aesthetically appealing and user-friendly webshops using OpenCart. Create digital assets, including banners, product images, social media graphics, email templates, and promotional materials. Optimize website graphics for speed and performance. Stay up-to-date with design trends, UX/UI best practices, and e-commerce industry standards. Assist with product photography, image editing, and content updates on the webshop. Work closely with developers to implement design changes and new features. You will also be a key team member in arranging an exhibition style event each year and be integral in the marketing activities. Experience required Experience as a graphic designer, using Illustrator or similar, creating content. Experience in web design, using Opencart Key performance indicators for the role Managing E-shots (4 per month) Increased website traffic Personal attributes Someone who lives the company values: Be humble & Confident, Be Involved, Be Positive & Energetic, Think ‘TEAM’, Relentless to Improve, Create WOW, Be Honest & Respectful.
