REF: NESSO Graduate Town Planner - Leading Property Consultancy - Southampton Are you a recent graduate with a passion for town planning and a desire to work with a leading consultancy? We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded firm known for delivering exceptional planning services across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to kick-start their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. The Role: As a Graduate Town Planner, you will work on a diverse range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You'll gain hands-on experience in planning applications, policy research, and client engagement while being mentored by industry-leading professionals. Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications Conducting site appraisals and policy research Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders Supporting senior planners on complex projects Keeping up to date with planning legislation and industry trends About You: A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accredited preferred) Strong research and analytical skills Excellent communication and report-writing abilities A proactive approach and willingness to learn A genuine passion for planning and development What's on Offer?
