Job Description

Graduate Site Engineer Job Title: Graduate Site Engineer Location: Leeds Industry: Civil Engineering Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 PSR Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a Subcontractor who are looking to employ a Graduate Site Engineer on a permanent, salaried basis. The contractor works across schemes in Yorkshire, predominantly on groundworks, highways and rail schemes. As a Graduate Engineer, you would report into an Engineering Manager. It is important to note that as an employee with a lower level of experience, you will be guided and mentored through the learning process pertaining to the specificity of work carried out by our client. Role and duties: Quality Assurance ITP's (inspection & test plan) Setting out Supervision of trades/ delivery teams Planning work packs and method statement/risk assessments for all work involved Chairing meetings, managing sub-contractors. Chairing stakeholder reviews. Mentoring team and ensuring training is kept up to date Attending planning and workshop Driving programme at a site level. Quantifying material and ordering through the procurement system Keeping accurate QA records or site progress. Reporting to weekly progress to Construction Manager and planning team. Working with the commercial team to build the scheme within budgetExperience/Qualifications: CSCS Card HNC/HND or Equivalent On site experience as an Engineer including setting out and QA responsibilities Prior use of Microsoft Office Packages Use of AutoCADIf this sounds like a role you are well matched for then please complete the application form and include your most up to date CV for us to review.
