Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid & Flexible Working)
Salary: £25,500 (£30,000 OTE) + Bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Sourcing top candidates through our well-established database, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
* Writing job adverts to attract top talent
* Preparing CVs and assisting candidates through the hiring process
* Conducting interviews and coaching candidates for success
* Collaborating with a dynamic team to hit targets
* Building a strong professional network within the industry
What We’re Looking For:
* Hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated individuals
* A natural people-person with strong communication skills
* Ambition to learn, grow, and succeed in recruitment
* No previous recruitment experience required
* Previous experience in a sales evironment preferred but not essential, this includes experience with hospitality and retail environments
