Graduate Quantity Surveyor Construction and Property Consultancy South West London Up to £34,000 About the company A well-established Construction Consultancy who work in multiple sectors and on some of the most exciting projects within the industry, are seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their well established and thriving team based in South West London The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor a small close knit team who are looking to capitalise on their growing reputation. About the role: The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the project teams throughout delivery. You will be responsible for projects ranging in value. Your role will include: * Cost management, ensuring that the project remains within budget. * Prepare tendering documents * Provide Contract Administration services. * Be the main point of contact to clients throughout each phase. * Assisting in the Employers Agent role. The role would ideally suit a Graduate Quantity Surveyor who is looking to push on with their career and become chartered through RICS. The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company, should they desire. About the requirements: * The successful Quantity Surveyor needs to have completed a RICS accredited degree. * Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisite * Dynamic and enthusiastic is a must. * You will need to have Right to Work in the UK for the next 5 years as sponsorship is not available.
