Routines are a key element – which leads to a calm, positive teaching and learning environment.’ Your role & responsibilities: ● Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis to ensure they are succeeding both academically and pastorally, responding to their individual needs ● Working alongside class teachers and other school staff, providing essential additional support ● Promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all students, improving the whole school learning journey ● Delivering catch-up and intervention sessions Non-negotiables: ● Recent university degree of 2:2 classification or above ● Good Numeracy and Literacy skills ● Clear desire to work with children and young people ● Previous experience working with children and young people would be beneficial, but not essential ● Willingness to undertake relevant CPD training as required by Milk Education and your placement school Why choose Milk?
