My client, a multi-award-winning residential property developer renowned for creating high-quality homes in prime locations is looking for a dynamic Graduate Land Buyer to join the team!
The Role as a Graduate Land Buyer:
As a Junior Land Buyer, you will:
Identify and assess potential land opportunities for residential and commercial development.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support land acquisitions.
Assist in negotiating land deals and securing planning permissions.About You Graduate Land Buyer:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A degree in Real Estate, Planning, Geography, Business, or a related field (or relevant experience).
A strong understanding of the property market and land acquisition process.
