We are looking for a Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving team in Norwich. You will get to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors, typically valued between £1-5 million. Within your role as a Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be expected to; * Assist in providing cost consultancy services across multiple projects. * Support senior team members with cost planning, procurement, and contract administration. * Gain hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. * Engage with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure successful delivery. The ideal applicant will possess; * A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. * Experience working for a building consultancy is advantageous but not essential. * An understanding of NEC contracts is a bonus. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Live within a commutable distance from the office. * Willingness to travel nationwide when required (though most projects are local) so driving licence is essential.
