We are excited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint a Governance and Board Advisor to join our team, where you'll be able to play a key role in shaping our future. What you'll be doing You’ll support effective governance of Golding by providing high-quality administrative and strategic support to the Board and Senior Leadership. You’ll ensure compliance with governance policies and legal requirements and take a pro-active role in coordinating Board meetings, preparing reports, minute taking and fostering excellent communication between Board and Senior Leadership. You’ll support the effective operation of governance frameworks to ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements . More about you. What can you bring? We're looking for someone with previous experience in a governance or Board support role, preferably within the housing sector. You’ll have a strong understanding of governance frameworks, legal compliance, and regulatory requirements. Your excellent communication and organisational skills, and strong attention to detail will allow you to liaise effectively with Senior Leadership and Board members. You’ll be highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines, and be proactive in identifying areas for improvement within governance processes and systems. Knowledge of the housing sector and relevant regulatory environment is desirable. When and where you'll be doing it You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £42k.
