The Company:
A well-known UK designer and manufacturer with a key focus on sustainability.
Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
The Role:
- To provide excellent service over telephone, email and live web-chat.
- To process orders through the system and manage shipping documentation
- To resolve customer queries regarding products or services in a timely manner
- To manage returns and refund processes
- To manage payment processes and ensure administration is completed accordingly
- To provide management with customer feedback and suggest improvements where appropriate
The Candidate:
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in customer service - Beneficial
- Able to work one in two weekends
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate
The Salary: Between £24,500 and £28,500 per annum plus benefits
