My Local Authority client is looking for a experience General Practice surveyor who has worked within Councils before and has a good understanding across the following:
Rent reviews and Lease renewals
Service charges
Asset Disposals (specifically commercial property)
Valuations (not essential)
Strategic asset management The role will be looking at a range of assets over various portfolios but mainly commercial assets.
