Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the operations of a stunning barn wedding venue. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and deliver exceptional experiences for couples on their special day. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of venue operations, including front-of-house and kitchen teams. Ensure the venue maintains its reputation as a top choice for weddings. Provide outstanding customer service from initial inquiries to the big day. Drive sales performance, monitor conversion rates, and meet financial targets. Lead, train, and inspire the team to uphold high standards. Oversee venue facilities, ensuring they meet customer expectations. Collaborate with head office to evaluate performance and implement improvements. Requirements: Senior managerial experience in hospitality (essential). Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations. Proven ability to motivate and manage teams. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
