Job Description
The Company:
A global FM and property management company.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the maintenance of a healthcare facility in Edinburgh. You will carry out general building fabric maintenance, basic plumbing and general site PPM's (tap temperatures, emergency light tests).
You will also be required to paint and repair any cosmetic issues on site (walls / skirting boards / doors).
The Person:
It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role and have a good all round knowledge of building services maintenance.
The normal working week is 40 hours, Monday to Friday 08.00 - 16.00 however this is flexible.
The Salary:
Salary is up to £33,000 + OT + 25 days holiday and 3%/5% pensionBefore You Apply
