Location: Lutterworth and Rugby

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Groundworks Foreman / Supervisor to oversee ground works, curbs, some setting out but minimal as mainly in there with the trades making sure the work is being done to a high standard. Working as a groundworks/working foreman on two steel-framed projects between Lutterworth and Rugby, ensuring that all related groundworks are installed correctly on a daily basis and checking and supervising health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all work meets design specifications and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
Maintain project timelines and manage any on-site challenges that may arise.
Requirements:
Previous experience with groundworks and steel frame projects
Valid qualifications - CSCS and other
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
