We're on the lookout for motivated and reliable General Assistants to join our dynamic team with the world’s largest provider of airline catering and in-flight services. This is your chance to be part of an essential team that helps deliver exceptional in-flight experiences.
About the Role:
As a General Assistant, you'll play a key role in our production area, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of catering equipment and food items. Your duties will include:
Cleaning and sanitizing trollies and equipment, ensuring a spotless environment.
Removing food and waste from equipment and keeping the area tidy.
Handling packed food and meal preparations, including packing condiments and essentials for flights.
Ensuring goods are inspected for prohibited items and damages.
Completing necessary paperwork to maintain quality standards.
You’ll also be working in a chilled environment, so it’s essential to be prepared for this.

A competitive hourly rate of £13.80 per hour – flat rate for all hours worked.
Consistent work hours with a 4-on, 2-off rota (an average of 40 hours per week), with shifts between 07:00 – 22:00.
After just 12 weeks, you’ll be eligible to transfer to a season contract until 31st October 2025.
What We’re Looking For:
No prior experience necessary – just a strong work ethic, 100% attendance, and a team-first attitude!
The ability to handle pork and alcohol products.
Comfortable standing for long periods and able to work in a chilled environment.
Clear background checks including a 5-year reference check and a DBS (criminal background) check.
